The Center Within

I am lying in a yellow hammock. The longer I look at it, the more it transforms into a cocoon-like shell that gently and protectively wraps itself around my body.

It is clearly a sign of the direction this session is about to take.

I now step through my symbolic doorway to meet my friends. A beautiful scene unfolds before me. We are standing on a platform above the clouds. Radiant cloud formations stretch endlessly in every direction, a vast ocean of cumulus clouds rising in soft towers upon one another. There is a feeling of infinite space, timelessness, and deep happiness, grounded in the certainty that everything is as it should be, that there is a greater plan, and that I am being cared for.

Everything is light blue and permeated by an immense radiance. Even my friends appear luminous, as though wrapped in golden light.

Looking down into the distance reveals a holographic image. An image that presents a particular version of reality, and that version depends entirely on the frequency through which it is perceived. Different forces and energies are active on Earth, influencing people mentally and emotionally with the intention of drawing them toward one side or another.

My perception reveals two opposing poles: what appears as “dark” energy and “light” energy.

Yet this is not about the traditional distinction between good and evil. Rather, it concerns different forms of influence that arise from the same manipulative structure and keep humanity contained within an illusory matrix. On an emotional level, influence is exerted in both directions: through fear, uncertainty, and conflict, as well as through harmony, happiness, and feelings of safety and comfort. Both states create attachment and prevent people from discovering their own inner perception and guidance.

And this is the game currently being played on Earth.

A single force operates through these two poles, a polarity existing within the same vibrational field, binding people to specific perceptions and emotional states. These poles are experienced as “dark” and “light,” yet they are not opposites of different origins. They are simply different expressions of the same influencing force.

The darker force does not work solely through fear, conflict, and uncertainty. It also operates through a manipulated, distorted, artificially generated form of light that creates feelings of harmony, happiness, and security while keeping people equally confined within an artificial reality. What is perceived as a “light frequency” does not originate from a truly enlightened source but represents another aspect of the same illusory construct.

In contrast stands the pure higher energy of divine, unconditional love. It does not manipulate, demand allegiance, or bind people to a system. Instead, it strengthens the connection to one’s true nature, inner truth, and free perception.

Recognizing the qualitative differences between these energies requires clarity and trust in one’s own intuition. Only then does it become possible to distinguish between an artificially created illusion of light and an authentic energy rooted in unconditional love.

An inner vision shows me how human beings are held either in states of happiness or in states of fear. Yet both appear to be artificially generated. Ultimately, the real task is to discover what my own feeling is. To understand where I stand within all of this.

Much has already been said about how humanity is kept in fear. A fear that can become so overwhelming that eventually nothing is truly felt anymore, perception fades, and the essential things are no longer seen.

Yet the opposite side is equally problematic: “Everything is beautiful. Everything is blue. We stand upon a cloud of light. Life is good, and we are safe.” This too leads into illusion. It is merely the opposite end of the same seesaw.

The deeper truth lies in the center, within reality itself, where I begin to recognize my genuine needs, where I truly stand, and what I actually require.

Everything that acts upon me from the outside and continually seeks to capture my attention distances me from my own perception. It makes me receptive to external impulses and turns me into a compliant follower of a system.

A constructed reality in which people respond differently according to their nature. Some react to fear, conflict, struggle, and uncertainty. Others are drawn to images of apparent harmony, to the idea that everything is perfect, that everyone loves one another, and that all one has to do is remain quiet, peaceful, and compliant.

Yet neither path reflects the truth. Neither fear nor manufactured harmony leads me back to myself. Both direct my attention outward, bind it to an illusion, and distract me from finding stability within.

Both are worldviews shaped through the deliberate use of synthetic frequencies.

As a result, it becomes increasingly difficult to hear my own inner voice, to recognize what truly resonates with me, what I genuinely need, and which choices align with my own inner compass.

I am often pulled out of this constructed matrix, this vast illusion of good and evil, only when something occurs that can no longer be explained through familiar frameworks of understanding.

Pain, illness, or personal crises can become such turning points.

They interrupt established patterns, shake former certainties, and direct my attention inward.

It is there that the encounter with myself begins.

The question arises: What truly remains when external answers are no longer enough?

It is precisely in such moments that the opportunity emerges to rediscover my own strength, abilities, and inner resources, and to take responsibility for my path.

Especially when simple solutions are absent and familiar answers no longer provide guidance, space is created for genuinely personal experience.

At that point, awareness and intuition become essential in discovering what is already present within me.

These challenges awaken dormant strengths that may have remained hidden for years. They reveal abilities, resources, and insights that might never have been discovered under different circumstances. Only then does the willingness arise to take responsibility for my own journey and to explore paths that do not conform to established beliefs or prescribed ways of thinking.

Whether this reconnection occurs through the organic frequencies of nature, through crystals, colors, body awareness, or any other personal experience is ultimately irrelevant.

What matters is the return to the original inner power that restores trust in my own perception and in my own path.

In essence, it all comes back to the natural original frequency that can guide you back to yourself. It gives you the confidence that you can heal yourself, that you carry within you the power to create a life on Earth. At the same time, it requires recognizing what constitutes the extremely dark and the extremely bright. Both poles exist, and both exert an attraction. Yet the goal is not to surrender completely to either side, but to find your own balance between them.

If I lose myself entirely in a world where everything appears harmonious, where everything is good and seems to take care of itself, I lose touch with real life. Then the questions arise: How do I shape my everyday life? How do I take responsibility for myself? How do I sustain my existence on this Earth?

If, on the other hand, I remain trapped in fear, mistrust, and the feeling of being at the mercy of external forces, I lose my independence just as much. I slip into the role of a victim and disconnect myself from the resources that already exist within me.

Finding the path between these two extremes is not easy. Often it leads to a point where external answers are no longer sufficient and no one can help with the next step. And it is precisely there that you are forced to rely on yourself. It is there that you encounter your true inner strength.

This is the deeper purpose behind such experiences. Only when a situation no longer offers an obvious solution, when control slips away, are you invited to realign your trust. You begin to find answers in new places and learn to access your own abilities.

Your original frequency can begin to manifest itself. Strengthened trust in yourself reminds you that everything you need for this life already exists within you. The illusion of light and darkness loses its power, and you begin to find your balance.

To lose yourself completely in a world of harmony, where everything is made to appear beautiful and effortless, is just as disconnected from reality as a life ruled by fear, insecurity, and feelings of helplessness. Both states create dependency and distract from your own inner resources.

The true path runs through the center.

It requires personal responsibility and deep trust in yourself. My body, my path, and my inner guidance become the measure by which I make decisions.

From this perspective, the current state of the world appears like a war of frequencies. Between opposing forces, friction is created, and from that friction something new can emerge. Humanity is being invited to rediscover itself and to answer the questions: Who am I? What am I capable of? What truly nourishes me? What can I trust?

Only I can answer these questions for myself. Every person must discover them within. And the more people walk this path, the more the old polarity loses its significance, creating space for something entirely new.

This path is not found in Hollywood movies, mainstream stories, advertising slogans, or social media. It is found where I begin to ask myself: What feels right for me? Do I feel freer sitting on a mountain, looking out into the distance? Or do I find my connection by the ocean, feeling the movement of the waves?

Every person is different, and everyone has their own unique path back to themselves.

But this requires self-worth. Only then can that protective layer form—the one I perceived at the beginning as the yellow hammock. A protective sphere that keeps me stable and prevents me from being swept away by every current moving through the external world.

This self-worth has nothing to do with ego.

It does not say, “I know better than everyone else.” It says, “I walk my own path.”

There will always be trends, opinions, and new promises. Today one thing is considered right, tomorrow something else. But instead of following every new movement, I remain with myself. I pay attention to what life and nature offer me, and I draw strength from it. Because I am part of nature myself.

The more deeply I connect with it, the stronger my trust in my own perception becomes, and the clearer my path reveals itself.

Humanity is a unique expression of nature. Into a natural body, a consciousness has been placed that can observe itself, question itself, and continue evolving. That is the essential difference.

Today, many people fear that artificial intelligence may one day take over the world. Yet in a sense, we already are exactly that. We are the artificial intelligence of nature. A consciousness embedded within a living organism in order to experience, learn, and evolve.

Human beings themselves are such an experiment—a way of exploring how far consciousness can unfold within a natural body. How much insight, creativity, and personal responsibility can emerge within a being that is both animal and yet far more than animal.

Most people use only a fraction of what has been placed within them. They orient themselves according to external expectations, trends, fears, and social conditioning instead of discovering their own abilities. As a result, they remain easily influenced.

The more firmly anchored I am within myself, the less power external forces and currents have over me. Neither fear-based narratives nor tempting promises can pull me away from my path. My orientation arises from within, not from impulses imposed upon me from the outside.

Only then do I truly walk my own path.

In today's world, it often feels as though something new is constantly competing for my attention. News reports, disclosures, crises, sensational stories, and the release of alleged secrets all draw my focus outward. This includes current discussions about UFO files, hidden technologies, and other spectacular revelations.

It can feel satisfying when topics I may have been interested in for a long time are suddenly confirmed publicly. Yet, upon closer examination, I recognize that this too can be a distraction. The real question is not whether something is true or false, but why I am directing my attention toward it. Do I truly need this proof, or does it merely serve my ego's desire to be right?

Likewise, there is no need to convince others of my beliefs. Every person walks their own path and gathers the experiences that are important for them. The moment I begin forcing my insights onto others, I lose part of my center and direct my energy outward once again.

For this reason, it becomes increasingly important not to be consumed by either pleasant or frightening scenarios. Whether something is described as an attack, manipulation, frequency, energy, or an external influence becomes less relevant.

The only question that truly matters is: How do I respond to it?

I am here to live my life and accompany my body on its journey. The influences of the world will not disappear, but I can learn how to deal with them. When conditions change, when heat, extreme weather, or other challenges arise, the task is not to constantly search for causes or someone to blame, but to adapt and remain capable of acting.

The more attention I give to potential catastrophes, alarming scenarios, and fears about the future, the more energy I withdraw from the present moment. Most of these thoughts do not change my current situation. They merely occupy my attention. Therefore, the goal is not to predict every possible development and prepare for every conceivable outcome, but to remain present in the here and now. That is where my strength, my ability to act, and my capacity to engage consciously with life truly reside.

When I perceive myself as part of something greater—as a soul within a body, guided by a higher intelligence—the idea of a possible catastrophe loses much of its power. Not because nothing can happen, but because I trust that when the moment arrives, a path will reveal itself. A path that I will find—or perhaps be required to find—in order to move through the experience, drawing upon my own resources, circumstances, and abilities.

Every message, warning, and prediction triggers something within me. It draws fears, expectations, and attention outward. The important thing is to recognize what these impulses trigger within me without immediately following them.

Again and again, the temptation arises to prepare for every imaginable future. Yet the longer my thoughts dwell on possible scenarios, the more my awareness of the present moment fades. Life does not require perfect preparation for every possibility. It requires the ability to respond to what is actually happening.

The mind is remarkably skilled at entertaining possibilities: What if? What could happen? What else should I do?

Yet every situation brings its own unique conditions. What seems meaningful today may become irrelevant tomorrow. True power therefore lies not in controlling the future, but in acting consciously within the present moment.

Being anchored in the here and now allows worries about a future that does not yet exist and memories of a past that has already been lived to fade into the background. It creates clarity about what is available right now, what my body is capable of, and what the next possible step may be. Everything else remains speculation.

The task is not to foresee every possible development, but to remain present, remain capable of acting, and meet life with trust.

This is what it means to remain centered—to rest within the "yellow hammock," that protected space where decisions arise from within, untouched by the energies and currents that move through the external world.

This is the deeper meaning of frequency.

Most discussions focus on large-scale energetic influences such as HAARP, 5G, chemtrails, and similar concepts. Yet synthetic frequencies have been surrounding us for many years in far more subtle forms. They influence moods, desires, purchasing decisions, and behavior, often without conscious awareness.

It has long been known that scents, colors, music, and other sensory stimuli can be deliberately used to place people in certain emotional states. These too are forms of frequency—influences capable of triggering reactions and directing attention. Their spectrum ranges from joy and ease to fear and dependency.

The important question is therefore not whether such influences exist, but how consciously we relate to them.

If I enter a store intending to buy a pair of trousers and leave with an entire winter wardrobe, my attention may have been guided by something that did not originate from my actual need. The point is not to assign blame or hand responsibility to external forces, but to become aware of my own reactions.

As a single spark within a vast field of influences—whether dark or light, synthetic or natural, intentional or accidental—the challenge is not to lose my individuality and inner orientation.

Again and again, the same question arises: What do I truly want? Am I following my own impulses, or am I following the expectations and movements of the crowd?

The path toward this answer is never found through simply adopting other people's opinions or accumulating information. It emerges through observation, feeling, and personal realization. Consciousness grows through learning, but even more through direct experience.

And even after much has been learned, one essential question remains:

Do I trust what I perceive within myself, or do I rely solely on what others explain to me?

The answer to that question determines how closely I remain connected to myself.

The Treatment of My Body

Immediately, the color pink appears.

I do not know why, but it is there instantly.

At the same time, I find myself once again in that space that is not a space. Inside a kind of glass sphere, in a state that exists somewhere between nothing and everything. I simply am. Without a task, without a goal, without needing to achieve anything.

The atmosphere reminds me of the sound of crystal chimes. A delicate humming and ringing fills the space. It is bright, clear, and seems to penetrate everything. This vibration sets something within me in motion. It creates a feeling of self-sufficiency, safety, and inner peace.

Although no pink color is visible, there is a distinct pink sensation present. It feels like the quality of unconditional love

In this state, the realization arises that unconditionality means accepting everything exactly as it is. I accept what exists within me without judging it, condemning it, or trying to change it. It is simply allowed to be.

That is exactly how this moment feels.

This feeling does not arise from anything outside of me, but from an inner strength and a deep sense of self-worth. It comes from trusting that everything has its place and that I am allowed to walk my own path.

Within this lies a profound freedom.

Everything I do is right in the moment that I consciously choose to do it. Not because it is perfect, but because it is my own step.

Yet realization alone is not enough.

I must act.

I must actually take the step.

Only through action does what I have understood become part of my life.
