Liberation

At the beginning of the session, I see myself wrapped, as if in a dense light bell.

Suddenly, my body starts to spin faster and faster. The energies that stuck to me until then are loosening, flying away like shreds and it feels as if I have freed myself from something, clean, empty, flawlessly pure.

Only now do I walk out of the dark, as if on a stage flooded with light, and the friends come towards me in a goose march. In front of me lined up they ask me in their middle and at this moment I am flooded by an intense feeling of security and coming home. Obviously the effect of a completely purified energy body.

When I ask what we are doing today, we just turn around and look out into the darkness, into this nothingness of space.

All planets known to us are clearly visible and in their middle a fluctuating-fluctuating sun in its bright light. It is striking that each of the celestial bodies is supplied with different light intensities. The reason for this is the energy increase of the entire system, of the entire universe. Thus, not only our earth is affected. The new, higher frequency of consciousness permeates everything: old attitudes, ways of thinking and structures.

Remarkable is the incredible color with which everything is presented here.

Every known planet out there has its own color spectrum, typical of it, and it is clearly recognizable that something comes into motion as soon as the solar energy penetrates the prevailing atmosphere.

As before, with my spinning around one's own axis, here too, the adherent gravity is released and is handed over to the room and transformed.

Dark, dense energies, old, sticky patterns, and blocking thought structures that hinder the development of the planet are not only present on Earth. Therefore, it needs the increase of energy at all levels so that the entire universe is adapted to the new frequency and the next stage of development is initiated.

For our earth in particular, the biggest obstacle factor is fear.

If people just wanted to work on the topic of fear - each for himself - and recognize what is underlying it, everything could proceed much faster.

Fear as the glue that holds the entire gravity like a magnet.

Every moment you consciously use to free yourself from your fear, to face it, to accept and recognize it, something can come off.

There is a card in the tarot, that of the fool, who vividly shows this attitude.

Be curious and courageous on the way. In principle, similar to the archetype of Aquarius in astrology, which recognizes no boundaries, they only serve to be researched and crossed inquisitively. Learning, lightness and the joy of life on adventure, that's what these two characters symbolize. Experience serves them as a great opportunity to develop. Because simply accepting traditional things as a requirement ultimately leads to stagnation and boredom. Trust in the divine guidance, coupled with the inner voice, brings new things and allows you to find the value in yourself.

It is the worries of everyday life that enslave people. Constant fear of not having enough to maintain the standard of the usual life bend him. He is forced to do more and more, because the predented healthy world demands more and more “indispensable” luxury goods.

A "I need food and need to provide for my children.", "I need shelter.", "I need clothes." is no longer the goal to be achieved. Now, loans usually determine the financial management of the budget in order to meet the highest demands.

No one thinks about the enjoyment of earthly pleasures anymore.

I breathe, I live, I have a body to take care of, and I have a beautiful nature with all its roommates that is available to me at any moment. And I have the irreplaceable freedom to create a life with my talents and according to my ideas. I am incarnated on this earth, the respected planet of creativity, here I should and may develop my ideas and create new things.

From times known to us, we know that through wars, crises and natural disasters, fate has repeatedly forced a new beginning. The appreciation of life regained priority. The reconstruction also required a goal-oriented orientation, which was fed by the ideas of many. The value of the community was essential. Everyone was needed, everyone tackled and was ready to help create something new. Fear was no longer an issue, it was necessary to create the future together.

Now, in the age of networking through the Internet and social media, ego-centered action is promoted. Hours on the mobile phone and everyone lives for themselves and the satisfaction of their values. Everyone just wants to achieve their goal. The direct exchange, communication and joint projects fall victim to the pursuit of wealth to be bigger, stronger or better.

However, what remains of it in extreme situations? Then, if maybe the electricity, the energy that keeps a mobile phone or the Internet alive, no longer flows? Does this force people to exchange personal and direct information with others?

A commonality arises when what actually distinguishes the person, namely one's own thinking, is combined with the thoughts of many others in order to create something new. No one has to be the best, but the big picture is the goal.

The earth with its inhabitants, the animals, the plants, the environment. Far away from topics such as ozone hole, global warming, forest death or climate crisis. Nature conservation then means the well-being of the planet, the being Earth and all its inhabitants, it means protection of all life.

Our divided hemispheres of brains offer the great opportunity to connect intellect with intuition, realize ideas and thus pave new paths. It is imperative that man recognizes himself as the one who bears the responsibility to implement intellectual solutions to support the progress of the earth. Right now, with the new frequency, the moment has come when man should become aware of his fear armor in order to get to the bottom of the cause, where fear hinders this process.

The structures of authority, to be adapted, to be allowed to go only the one given path, then lose their influence and the fire of life can begin to re-burn in everyone. As a result, it is possible to experience the freedom to discover one's inner self, to recognize the original idea of one's own task, to try oneself into it, to tackle where one's own abilities are required, and to tackle one to create something new.

This ultimately proves that a life, lived in all its facets, is worth living in every phase. No matter how the external circumstances present themselves.

The duality and polarity of planet Earth offer a colorful variety of diverse opportunities to perceive and develop when the great fear of having to “be enough” disappears. The courage to follow a path that the parents have not already followed before or that corresponds to the requirements of society.

It is probably difficult at the beginning to leave the comfort of the acquaintance and familiar behind. However, the freedom is gained to be in master of one's own decisions, to experience oneself and to become aware of one's own abilities. The joy of life and self-confidence give security and thus the personal responsibility, which is urgently needed today in this important phase of social upheaval.

Many opinions, many currents, many different views are reflected in the media. It is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish whether the source is trustworthy or whether there are only manipulative intentions behind it.

Again, the only way to make a decision is exclusively with yourself.

You must recognize for yourself what your truth is. Is it coherent for you - does it suit you?

Your intellect and experience are needed. Good faith just because it fits into an image created by media, advertising experts or AI is out of place. Incredibly many free riders enrich themselves with an idea, especially in the spiritual-esoteric scene. They abuse concepts and visions for their own interpretation only for money and prestige.

Here you need critical judgment to understand and perceive your own experience with your own thinking. To see through a fictional truth by recognizing what is a feasible truth and what my own truth is.

What is real, what is feasible? The wheel is round and it remains round if it is to maintain its function, even if it is attached to corners that promise incredible things. Who do you believe? How is it feasible, who benefits? Your thinking decides. You can't buy anything, not your health, not your satisfaction, not love and above all not happiness. Even if it is conveniently offered for purchase in all possible states of aggregation. You are the one who always has to do the work for yourself. Whether energetic or physical.

At the beginning, this path seems like the more rocky, but in the end you remain authentic and true to your values.

The important basis for being able to create new things from your midst. To create a life that is coherent for you. Find out what your limits are and where your strengths lie without measuring yourself against the moral values of a materially oriented society.

Not to forget to keep balance anyway. As a member of a society, it is not enough to selfishly pursue one's own interests, but it also needs understanding of the life ideas of one's fellow human beings. The openness to new things, the willingness to acquire knowledge, to show interest when something is "different", and not to see one's own beliefs as a measure, are essential to living in harmony with others.

There is no absolute truth. But every person has a right to seek, believe and experience their own truth. Therefore, recognize for yourself which direction suits you and is coherent. Feel it in you.

Your intuition and experience give you these guidelines. In connection with your learned knowledge, your implementability and your character traits, you lead yourself to your truth. And that's where you encounter the biggest obstacle: fear. To lose them does not mean simply to deny them, but to go deeper, to look for where the primordial fear lies hidden.

What are you not trying to live, just to belong, just so you can be part of a group, community, family? Where is the origin, where are you vulnerable and hide it with substitute actions? Where do you prostitute yourself? What are you doing and immediately fall back into a power structure, into an old pattern, as soon as the right button is pressed?

This is not about inner work that happens in a day. Protective armor must be broken open and layers removed. A slow skin to find the origin, the root of fear, the one that keeps the behavior, your actual nature, in check.

And so begins the real path into this new time.

A way where you are no longer vulnerable, because you have recognized yourself, because you know who you are.

Once you know your trigger, it doesn't mean that all your reactions are prevented immediately, but you can better understand them and deal with them more consciously.

Harmony is not the goal. As a planet of creativity and experience, duality remains. Diversity and personal decisions need space, movement will always be needed and should open up new facets with an active intervention.

We humans remain on the planet Earth. The frequency, the new earth, creates conditions that initiate the next step in the development of the human-physical body.

The goal is to create a soul body, i.e. to transcend and adapt the body so that a high soul energy can be absorbed directly.

Then it is no longer necessary for the soul to divide its high potential, but it can manifest its frequency directly in a body. She remains visible despite her fleshy shell and makes her experiences in full consciousness. Gone is the game of hide-and-seek, the forgetting of one's own divinity. The vehicle of the body merges with the soul and is available in the earthly. Experiences serve the development of a divine potential in matter. Slip-in or out is possible at any time. Quasi a physical level of the fourth dimension, space and time with a consciousness of the fifth dimension.

There are already many systems in our universe that act on this basis. However, always with a synthetic, created body, which is technically adapted to environmental conditions and thus offers advantages. A heavy destroyability, maintenance-friendly and the adaptation to any needs and requirements of the soul. However, an important part is missing, which a biological body always brings with it. Namely a sensory perception, the enjoyment, the emotional connection to other living beings such as plants and animals and the unforgettable interaction of the body being with the soul energy. The earthly form is a unique development of planet Earth, a further development from the line of the apens, created from its elements fire, earth, air and water, their minerals and chemical raw materials. The vision for the next step is to transcend all components with consciousness now, to free them from dense burdens and to release condensations in order to provide the light of the soul with the necessary space.

The collaboration with aliens and many friends from other worlds promotes this development - a project in which great potential is seen. It is an experience that is effective on many levels, which is always preceded by the development of the soul with a lot of knowledge and consciousness, but never in the interaction of a body that consists of matter of biological basis and the energy of a soul consciousness.

The division of the earth, the beginning of the new era, is only the beginning. Now that the distance between the frequency worlds is getting bigger and bigger, many people give up their bodies faster, as it becomes increasingly difficult to survive with a high density. The resonance for one's own state of mind is crucial and it is often better to let go, because

the consciousness energy radiation of the sun is constantly increasing.

Your environment constantly reflects your status: is it quiet or excited? How do you deal with the crises that manifest themselves in the outside world? Do you fall into fear or do you manage and find your life value by refraining from negative publications without glossing them up? Will you be freed from an opt-on-eated morality?

A society needs rules, but you have to distinguish who they actually serve. Even children show that rules can and must be exhausted. Their usefulness is called into question if there is no more valid explanation for it.

Acceptance gives freedom. Every lifestyle has its justification. If a vegetarian does not want to eat animals, that is his right. But to impose this on others is dogmatism, which can be rejected, consideration should come from both sides and wishes of one must not be fulfilled by others. The decision for the freedom of one's life always lies with oneself. The fear of not being accepted, not belonging, must not limit one's own needs and sensitivities. Self-worth begins the moment the fear tank is blown up and finally your own path to the goal becomes.

Bodywork

I'm in a sunny yellow room.

Space is perhaps the wrong description, because all the walls are transparent in all directions. It is as if energy is supplied here to my energy body - actually every single cell. Loud sparks that flow in their own motion to each cell, penetrate it and cause regeneration. A new sound is struck in the mitochondria, a higher frequency that allows adaptation to the new earthly oscillation.

Now my energy body, its appearance, the density, its structure begin to change. It appears more stable, almost gelatinos. The previously fine, completely transparent energy structure gets a glittering outer skin, as if it were gelled. With this new force, it becomes more stable and receives an outer skin with beading function. Energetic attacks on the subtle body, such as energy arrows, deeply swinging thought structures,

Emotions that generate holes or the permanent docking of energy vampires can thus be better perceived and prevented.

The quick spinning around the-own-ass at the beginning of the session was the necessary cleaning. A removal of all hard crusts and self-created protective armor first allowed the access of the high energies to the cells. Now, with the new power from within, a stability can be created that gives the independence of one's own consciousness the space to manifest.

The healing light that supports this process is a bright yellow. This time not sun yellow, which is needed for work on the solar plexus, but a rather green-heavy lemon yellow. Green stands for self-love, self-love, combined with the yellow of responsibility, self-esteem and willpower in the third chakra.

Energy work on the space station always aims to clean the subtle area of the human, dense body from its karmic-conditioned deposits.

Thus, space is created for the soul to expand more and more into its wholeness.

And right now you can feel the joy with which it spreads in this new, flexible area with less dense boundaries.

So much more energy! A replenishment of basic energy and vitality.
