Body Wisdom
It feels like waves — waves pulsing through my entire body. It begins in my head, and the vibration remains present everywhere within me.
I lie there with the sensation of being moved in the rhythm of a wave line, continuously vibrating through and through. Then my head begins to open, to expand, becoming almost limitless.
In front of me, an enormous white light appears, and I move toward it, immersing myself within it.
At the same time, there is an immense loudness — a mixture of echoing voices, rushing sounds, and overlapping tones. Everything appears misty white, blurred, yet intensely vivid. I walk up steps toward this light.
On both sides, there is a loud confusion of voices, almost like a chaotic stream of calls and memories. It feels as though I am moving through a kind of time tunnel in which countless lives or experiences make themselves known.
And yet, it is not truly a tunnel, but rather a vast surrounding sphere.
Step by step, stair by stair, I become increasingly aware of why I am walking this path.
I am moving away from the entire entanglement of human burdens, unrest, and emotional confusion. And even though I cannot fully grasp the destination, the direction itself is completely clear.
I arrive at a platform where my companions are already waiting for me. They take me into their midst and quickly turn me away from the light.
We stand there, looking out into space. Yet in truth, there is nothing to see.
Still, it feels as though we are sitting together in a circle. Between us exists a silent presence in which I can perceive their thoughts. It is as if they are speaking to me telepathically while simultaneously transmitting vast amounts of knowledge.
At the center of it all lies the human being’s focus upon oneself. Humanity must learn to remain centered within itself, to consciously perceive its own thoughts, and not become lost within the multitude of external impressions. It is about understanding that information is constantly flowing into human beings through intuition, perception, and consciousness. The challenge lies in consciously gathering, organizing, and processing this information with one’s own inner capacity.
In truth, I understand nothing at all. Yet the moment I think this, my horizon seems to expand. It feels as though not only the mind, but also the ears, the skin, the stomach — the entire body — suddenly begins to perceive.
And it becomes clear: this is precisely the capacity of the human being. Human existence is not defined solely through consciousness and intellectual understanding. Humanity has also been given a body whose perception contributes fundamentally to the experience of life.
This is the fascination of being human.
A human being can learn, develop, create, and manifest creations simply by using the subtlety of bodily perception. Thus, two levels emerge that only truly unfold their power together. On one side stand intellect, spirit, consciousness, and intuition — everything processed through thought and the brain. On the other side exists a fine, highly sensitive bodily awareness. When consciously perceived, it can simplify life on Earth because it allows things to be sensed and recognized long before they can be intellectually explained.
It is similar to a deer in the forest lying watchfully beside its fawn to protect it from danger. The animal’s entire body is aligned toward perception. It senses the finest changes in its surroundings and detects danger before it becomes visible. The human body possesses this ability as well. It senses, reacts, and can care for the human being — even during sleep. Even when conscious thought retreats into the background, the body remains attentive and capable of responding.
This is the uniqueness of the body: it independently perceives, protects, and responds to life.
For a long time, humanity has focused almost exclusively on developing the intellect, becoming more intellectual, and accumulating ever more knowledge. In doing so, it has almost completely forgotten that the consciousness of the body itself is something extraordinary.
The body possesses its own form of perception. It conveys pleasure, safety, and orientation. Within it lies a natural intelligence capable of guiding the human being through life. One could imagine it as a vehicle in which the soul resides. This vehicle does not function merely mechanically — it can also respond independently and care for itself. In this way, it creates a space of freedom and expansion for the soul.
The moment a human being learns to live in harmony with this outer vessel and to trust its perception, a cooperation between consciousness and body emerges that can greatly simplify life.
This principle also appears in other areas of the universe, on other levels or in other dimensions.
There, beings do not possess physical bodies like human beings do. Instead, they use technologies or vessels connected directly to consciousness. A spacecraft, for example, would be constructed in such a way that it connects directly to the consciousness or intellect of its user. Through touch or intentional contact, a connection forms between the being and the craft. When the being formulates a clear intention — for instance, to travel to a certain place — the system immediately receives and implements this information. The spacecraft does not respond to mechanical steering in the conventional sense, but rather to consciousness and inner alignment.
And this is how the human body functions as well: it responds to inner impulses, perception, and consciousness and can guide the human being through life when a conscious connection to it exists.
Yet most humans act against this enriching connection. They rarely use their senses consciously and do not recognize the body’s perception as an ability that could be developed and refined. Instead, they constantly work against their own bodies.
They overfeed them, fail to move them according to their needs, and rarely consider what the body truly requires. The ego-centered mind constantly says: “I must,” “I want,” “I need.” Although, in truth, the role of ego-consciousness should be to act as the guardian of the body — to protect it and care for it well.
But between these two levels — intellectual thinking and bodily perception — a discrepancy exists that creates tension. The two levels are not harmoniously connected.
That is why this era of consciousness development should also be about giving greater importance once again to the earthly and physical. The body is the material given to human beings for life on Earth. It is the vessel through which life can be experienced at all.
We say that plants must be protected.
We say that animals must be protected.
Yet we often do not treat our own bodies with the same care.
We pay too little attention to the fact that the body is the greatest treasure we possess as human beings. Therefore, it is important to give the body more space once again — more care, more attention, more respect, and more appreciation.
And this will be the next step into the new era: restoring this wonderful body to its original function. No longer exposing it to influences that exhaust, weaken, and drain its life force, but learning to treat it more consciously.
The ever-increasing electromagnetic pollution, increasingly lifeless food, the overuse and underuse of physical abilities, and environments filled with lower frequencies exhaust the body, damage its natural foundations, and weaken above all its self-healing capacity.
Especially now, in a time in which artificial intelligence and technological developments continue to expand, it becomes even more important to direct greater attention toward the abilities, needs, and characteristics of this highly sensitive human body.
This is not about turning every human being into a high-performance athlete. Rather, it is about strengthening, nourishing, preserving, and appropriately challenging this living, vibrating, pulsating miracle made of billions of cells within its natural function.
The body should no longer be weakened through constant overstimulation or harmful environmental influences — neither externally nor internally. Instead, humanity should begin restoring to it the significance it was originally meant to have.
What do I do when I see a plant that is not thriving?
I begin nourishing and strengthening it again — with natural remedies, minerals, and nutrients. I place it in the sunlight and give it everything it needs in order to regenerate.
The same applies to the human body.
Many “foods” have lost their life force. Important substances are missing from modern nutrition and are replaced by artificially created substitutes, causing both quality and nutritional density to diminish. This makes personal responsibility increasingly important — consciously providing the body with the substances it requires so that its natural functions can remain intact.
Although much is said about artificial intelligence gaining influence and many people develop fear around it, the true responsibility still lies with humanity itself. We are responsible for our bodies, for their strength, stability, and health.
Therefore, a new awareness is needed — an awareness that the body is the very gift that makes us human and that we carry the responsibility to care for it.
Human consciousness should evolve together with physical experience on planet Earth and not become standardized through the directives of artificial intelligence. This understanding is necessary and should be communicated more strongly.
We should begin developing our bodies and their physical intelligence toward their highest potential — allowing them to shine and perceiving them as powerful companions. Bodies capable once again of experiencing joy, regaining natural sensitivity, and consciously perceiving subtle changes.
This also includes paying attention to inner signals: that intuitive sensation when “the hairs stand up,” when danger becomes perceptible, when energies shift, or when the presence of another human being or life form is sensed.
It is precisely this sensitivity of the body — as part of its original programming — that should be strengthened. Not superficial functions or purely physical drives, but the development of the cells, the inner potential, and the epigenetic memory.
The human body should not be weakened or destroyed through uncontrolled cellular growth. Instead, it should learn to build and unfold its energy from within, cell by cell, with the goal of reaching a state in which body, mind, and consciousness work together harmoniously.
Then the foundation would exist for creating technologies no longer based on polluting propulsion systems, but on consciousness, energy, and harmonious interaction between mind and matter — similar to the spacecraft of extraterrestrial beings, guided and powered through consciousness itself: a union between awareness and vessel, moving silently and without emissions.
We should restore our bodies — these luminous, fleshly miracles — to their original strength and functionality. A capable body that is alive and aligned with its natural purpose.
Think of a healthy lion. Drawing from its strength, it possesses the ability to roar, hunt, reproduce, and fully embody its nature. Likewise, the human body originally carries within itself a natural vitality and power. That is its significance.
And this reveals the next step toward which conscious humanity should direct its focus: discovering what the earthly body is truly capable of, what hidden potentials still exist within it, and how it can continue evolving.
Perhaps purely intellect-based thinking in its highest form is not what is required to experience happiness, fulfillment, and joy. For what remains when the body is reduced to a mere shell that still functions, yet no longer senses, no longer feels, and has lost access to its inner perception?
Other civilizations throughout the universe have already walked this path before us. They neglected the importance of the natural body and eventually replaced its vulnerability with user-friendly cloned vessels. “Mind before feeling” became their guiding principle.
Now I finally understand why we sat together in that “silent” circle at the beginning. It served insight and understanding — an explanation for why this work was being done with us. It concerns the further development of a universal plan, a shift in direction.
The white tunnel through which I walked, accompanied by screams, voices, and loud noises, represented collective dissatisfaction — dissatisfaction with living inside a body that no longer functions properly and with a life that no longer unfolds as it was originally intended.
Within authentic, untouched indigenous cultures, this other way of living can still be found — another form of experiencing life. They do not seek constant external distraction, entertainment, or “indispensable” technological tools in order to feel fulfilled. Instead, they often still possess a deep inner connection to themselves, to nature, animals, and plants.
They perceive their environment intensely, feel the air upon their skin, and experience themselves as an immediate part of nature and the greater whole. Within this lies a unique form of naturalness and primal trust. These people are not alienated from their bodies — they are connected to them and aware of what they are capable of.
Their way of living almost carries its own sound or vibration — a resonance of togetherness and unity with their surroundings.
The vision for the future would therefore be to unite this original sensitivity with a developed intellectual consciousness. It is not about rejecting technology or artificial intelligence, but about ensuring that humanity preserves its connection to the body, perception, and inner aliveness.
The danger of a purely technological evolution only arises once humanity forgets to nourish, strengthen, and consciously maintain the body.
The true vision is therefore not the separation of body, mind, and technology, but their conscious and harmonious union — bringing all aspects into their highest expression together and thereby helping shape the path toward the soul-centered human being.
My Body
The room I find myself in is green — an intense frog-green or pea-green. Everything around me is permeated by it, vibrating and alive.
A wave-like motion of green energy spreads in all directions, fully encompassing the body. Everything appears to merge and flow into one another.
There is almost a taste forming in my mouth — like wet grass after rainfall, like earth and nature. It is not merely a color, but a complete sensory experience: a green scent, a green perception, connected with freshness, vitality, and joy.
The word photosynthesis enters my awareness, accompanied by a yellow, sun-like light that now blends into the room and alters its vibration.
The previously coarse waves become finer and gentler, as though a tone were rising into a higher frequency. This frequency grows increasingly subtle and intense — almost ultra-high in vibration. Blockages seem to dissolve. Grey veils are removed and stagnation begins to break apart.
At the same time comes the impression that feelings of dissatisfaction with the body — thoughts such as “too fat,” “too thin,” “not beautiful enough” — are being vibrated out of the system.
It feels like an inner cleansing or decalcification through which the body becomes more alive, freer, and more open.
It is a feeling of deep self-love, an inner straightening — the shoulders move back, the body becomes tall and expansive, the chest rises. A sensation of: “This is me.” A feeling of presence, dignity, and complete acceptance of one’s own existence.
At the same time, I feel everything physically as well.
Especially within the thighs, tensions and accumulations seem to dissolve and smooth away. The body feels open and free. A gentle tingling moves across the skin, as though the lymphatic system is returning to motion and stagnant energy is beginning to flow again.
The lymphatic system — an important bodily system responsible for cleansing, healing, and regeneration. Unlike many other bodily processes, it is not driven by an external motor, but through movement, activity, and the vitality of the human being itself.
Everything is flowing again now. Soft, pleasant, and harmonious — as though a delicate film of energy were spreading throughout the body, making it more alive.
Before my inner eye, I now see my body before me. A fine, all-encompassing layer seems to surround me. A green field, alive and vibrant, penetrating the entire body — not merely the surface, but reaching deeply into all levels, touching everything and revitalizing every existing structure.
The lymphatic system appears as a central network flowing through the entire body, cleansing and bringing everything into motion. And not only on a physical level, for it also seems connected to consciousness, thoughts, and the inner emotional state of the human being.
A network that keeps body and mind in harmony and carries movement, healing, well-being, and life force. When it can flow freely, a feeling of harmony and inner healing emerges.
It reminds me of the meridian systems depicted in traditional Chinese medicine — delicate pathways running throughout the entire body, connecting everything together.
The skin, too, is an essential part of this system. As a protective and sensitive outer layer, it is deeply connected with well-being, perception, and healing.
A significant green glow surrounds the body — an aura expressing vitality and aliveness.
And when this glow begins to fade, it appears to be the first indication that life itself is diminishing and that the soul is leaving the body.
