Trust in Being

I am standing before what appears to be the exit, the round opening of a large cave. I am still in the darkness, inside the cave, while ahead of me a bright, dazzling light obscures everything beyond it. The cave entrance appears immense.

I stand at the threshold between darkness and light, wondering whether I should step outside. It is not fear that holds me back. Rather, I perceive a sense of reverence when I think about entering this light. At the same time, I feel a gentle push, as though an invisible force is encouraging me to leave the cave.

Carefully, I place my toes into the bright area.

It feels unfamiliar. What lies before me seems completely unknown and entirely different. I sense hesitation and a reluctance to step forward. The feeling is comparable to standing on a three-meter diving board, knowing that you are expected to jump. There is resistance, an uncertainty about what might happen. Although I perceive the encouragement not to be afraid, and I believe it, I still have to find the courage within myself to take this step.

The dark space behind me feels safe, like being home. Before me lies the unknown in the form of a dense, bright wall of light through which I cannot see. I step into the light. Beginning at my toes, I feel a delicate tingling sensation rising upward. Accompanied by a subtle vibration, something begins to expand. It feels as though water is flowing upward through me from below, gradually making everything more transparent.

What is happening to me?

I continue walking, and then I notice that everything begins to align toward my heart. Everything becomes expansive.

In the darkness I felt narrow; there, I was simply myself. Out here, that feeling no longer exists. Out here, I am everything.

Although I can still recognize my body, it no longer has any boundaries. The surroundings are filled with bright light, and my body shimmers with a bluish hue. At the same time, everything becomes infinitely vast. All boundaries dissolve, and this sensation grows stronger with every step. My body is still present, yet my perception extends far beyond it.

Gradually, I become accustomed to this light, which at first had seemed dense and impenetrable. It appeared like a wall, like a brilliant yellowish foam. Now that I am standing within it and my perception of my body has changed, everything becomes increasingly clear. The dense veil begins to dissolve, and the wall of light turns transparent. I recognize an entirely ordinary landscape, clearly visible before me. It feels as though I have walked through a layer of mist. Once I have passed through it, my view opens completely, and everything appears perfectly clear.

"Where are my friends?"

They are standing beside me, saying that it took me a while to come through. Their words carry the friendly question: What held you back? Why did you hesitate? Why did you not trust yourself to take the step, even though we were here the whole time?

I now ask them telepathically to explain this situation in greater detail.

This is a process of transformation, an adaptation to different frequencies, different dimensions of consciousness, and different modes of perception. At the same time, it involves the vibration of one's own body and the way it adjusts to a changed environment.

The transition I have just experienced corresponds precisely to what is often described as moving from one dimension to another—for example, from the third to the fourth, or from the fourth to the fifth dimension. The transition itself is not a fixed boundary but is more comparable to passing through a wall of mist or a cloud. Between these different states, there is a phase of adjustment during which perception must first reorient itself. Only once this adaptation has taken place can the new environment be perceived clearly by consciousness. It is comparable to the transition between two different states that initially blend into one another. During this process, one's perception gradually changes until it comes into harmony with the conditions of the new environment and is able to perceive it fully. The mist, the wall of light, and the sensation of crossing over are all expressions of this process of adaptation. It was not the environment itself that was impenetrable; rather, it was my own perception that needed to adjust step by step to the new conditions.

Because this involves a higher frequency—a higher state of vibration—an initial period of adjustment is necessary. The greater the difference between the two states, the more time consciousness, perception, and the body require to adapt. Only then can the new environment be recognized clearly and perceived in its entirety.

Telepathically, they repeatedly communicate to me the word "Inner Earth."

And indeed, we now find ourselves within the Inner Earth, because this is precisely where such a threshold must be crossed—a region in which a different frequency prevails.

The large openings at the poles leading into the Earth's interior are such energy portals. To a person with ordinary perception, they appear merely as dark openings or cave entrances leading into the rock. As one continues deeper into such a cave, there comes a point where—depending on one's own frequency and inner readiness—something becomes visible that resembles a portal or an energetic transition.

Three-dimensional beings who are completely anchored in their familiar perception do not recognize this area as a portal at all, because it hardly differs from its surroundings. Only when a certain frequency or level of consciousness is reached does this transition become visible.

Sometimes it reveals itself only for a brief moment—a flicker, a fleeting image. At that point, it depends on one's curiosity, courage, and willingness to move toward it. Just as I previously stood before this threshold, the essential question here is one's inner readiness, the courage, and the trust to actually take that step.

When you are ready and your senses have already adapted to this new mode of perception, you consciously enter this other dimension. Once the transition has been completed, the veil, the doorway, or the mist closes behind you, and you find yourself fully within this new dimension.

However, it may also happen that a person enters such a transitional zone unconsciously. This is presented as one possible explanation for reports describing people who suddenly disappeared or could no longer be found without explanation. In such cases, someone may, for reasons unknown and while in a particular state of consciousness, enter such a region without recognizing its significance.

Such portals are described as a kind of wormhole or transformational zone—transitional areas through which movement from one world or level of reality to another becomes possible.

Throughout history, there have always been people who consciously knew how to navigate such dimensional transitions. Shamans and medicine men of various indigenous cultures, as well as mediums and magicians, worked with these different levels of perception. They possessed access to such transformational regions, and traveling between worlds was familiar to them.

Clairvoyant individuals who work as mediums, channels, or spiritually perceptive people already make this transition from their ordinary waking consciousness. Through practice, experience, and familiarity with these states of consciousness, they are able to intentionally alter their perception and consciously complete this transition.

They do not change their physical location; rather, they use what is commonly referred to as the third eye to move between different levels of consciousness. Similar to tuning a radio to different frequencies or stations, they adjust their perception to other levels and thereby move between different worlds or dimensional realms.

People who are dreaming experience something similar, although unconsciously. As soon as consciousness leaves the physical body, it shifts from the body's three-dimensional perception into another plane—a bodiless fourth dimension in which time and space merge. It is another world into which one enters, as though passing through a kind of wormhole.

When people today speak of the Earth's ascension, this is presented as referring to this very shift between different energetic layers and frequency ranges—the transition to an Earth with a new consciousness and a higher dimension. It is the step into a new perception and a new reality described earlier.

Many people carry the fear—reinforced in part by the media—that external events such as meteor impacts, natural disasters, or other catastrophes could wipe out humanity. Historically, the extinction of the dinosaurs and the great flood described in the Bible are presented as examples of the effects of such forces.

Looking back, however, there have also been peoples and entire civilizations that suddenly and seemingly inexplicably disappeared from history, such as the Maya or the inhabitants of Easter Island. According to this explanation, these were periods in Earth's and humanity's development during which different levels of consciousness separated because they were no longer in harmony with one another.

During such phases, not everyone continued along the same path. Each individual chose, according to their own development, perception, and inner readiness, the level that corresponded to them.

Those who completed this transition and entered the next dimension were not destroyed; rather, they continued their lives within a higher state of vibration. The different levels of reality separated, and as a result they disappeared from the perception of those who remained, as well as from recorded history.

This is also how the concepts of the "New Earth," "Old Earth," "higher vibration," and "lower vibration" are explained. They do not mean that all people undergo such a transition together and at the same moment. Rather, each person follows their own path according to their readiness, their level of consciousness, and their inner development.

When people speak today of these energetic layers or dimensional realms, they are referring to the ascension into a new dimension, a new consciousness of the Earth, or a new energetic state of the Earth. This explanation describes what is said to have occurred repeatedly throughout earlier periods of history.

Each individual crosses this threshold through their personal choices and inner development, moving into the realm that corresponds to their own vibration and perception. Once this transition has taken place, attention no longer returns to what was previously experienced as limitation. The cave, the darkness, the threshold, and the transitional zone lose their significance. Thoughts of the old gradually fade, while the new becomes reality.

At first glance, this other world appears very similar to the previous one. The landscape, the surroundings, and much of what is familiar remain unchanged. The difference lies not in the outer appearance but in the quality of perception and in the underlying vibration. One level feels denser and heavier, while the other possesses a higher and finer vibration. Outwardly, very little changes; the true difference lies in the way reality is perceived and experienced.

This naturally raises the question of what happens to families, partners, and children if every individual follows their own path and undergoes this transition according to their personal development.

Families are connected through deep bonds that extend across generations. Children, partners, and those closest to one another continually influence each other's growth and evolution. A higher vibration naturally draws a lower one along to a certain extent, yet without ever interfering with another person's free will.

This does not mean that anyone is carried along against their will. Rather, some people may simply need more time to adapt, to understand the new situation, or to come into harmony with the changed conditions.

If you are the one who has already taken this step, then you have established the corresponding vibration. The people closest to you follow this process in their own way. They may need a little more time to adjust to the new energy, to accept it, and to integrate it into their lives.

Within this context, illness, separation, death, and periods of letting go can also be understood as possible aspects of such a process of transformation. At the same time, it is emphasized that every individual makes—and above all is free to make—their own choice. The question is not whether someone is forced to come along, but how each person chooses to continue their own journey.

None of these processes begin only at the moment of transition. They were prepared on a higher level long before birth. Every person created their life plan together with their soul and their spirit guides—a kind of blueprint containing the encounters, relationships, experiences, and opportunities for growth that would unfold throughout their lifetime.

Before every incarnation, countless meetings and agreements take place within the greater soul family, determining which experiences will be shared, which encounters will occur, and which lessons will be explored together. The purpose is always the greatest possible development, experience, and growth of the soul—never hardship or punishment.

Life is not meant to be a burden. It is not a backpack filled with suffering that must simply be endured. It is a path of growth and evolution. Joy, authenticity, new perceptions, new experiences, and new possibilities are at its very heart.

What can humanity create together? What can I contribute? What can I create?

These are the thoughts that accompany the step into the light. They explain the transition into a higher vibration. It is a step you chose for yourself, one that your family and your soul group discussed with you before your incarnation, arriving at the shared decision:

We will walk this path together.

This brings me back once again to an image that has been shown repeatedly:

You ARE the Light.

You are the light that the people around you may perceive and embrace whenever they choose. They may remain connected to your frequency, or they may decide differently, turn away from it, and continue along their own path.

This is also one reason why friendships dissolve, relationships come to an end, and people's paths separate when their values or their understanding of life begin to change. Some individuals complete this transition through separation, illness, or death. They choose to conclude the experiences of this physical body in order to begin again with a new body and a new life.

Nevertheless, the entire evolution of the Earth can be understood as a passage through a portal—an energetic gateway, a wormhole—a transition into a new vibration and a new dimension.

Just as I experienced at the very beginning, the perception of the body gradually changes during this process. The Earth remains the Earth, yet it now carries a different frequency. To move harmoniously within this frequency, one's own vibration must resonate with it. Everything that is no longer compatible increasingly comes into tension, is repelled, or gradually separates.

This is why the image of two Earths appears again and again: one Earth vibrating at a lower frequency, and another—a New Earth—vibrating at a much higher frequency, within which consciousness continues to expand.

Now I also understand why the term "Inner Earth" appears so frequently.

It illustrates that there are realms in which those civilizations that disappeared from recorded history continue to exist. Whether the Maya, the Rapa Nui, or other civilizations, they are said to have chosen this transition and continued their existence within a higher dimension. There they carried on with their evolution beyond our perception, on another level of consciousness.

These transitions did not occur only in the distant past. Humanity today is also moving through such a process of transformation.

We are entering this new life. We are crossing to the other side—to the level where these civilizations continued their existence. There they continued building their cities, constructing their monuments, and developing their culture within another realm, a dimension that remained beyond our perception—the so-called Inner Earth. It is described as the home of luminous beings who established their existence there.

We speak of it as being "down below" because we imagine these realms to exist inside the Earth. In reality, however, this is merely a human interpretation—a matter of perception—for there is no actual spatial separation between these realms.

For this reason, every change in the frequency of a planet affects all levels and dimensions of consciousness alike. Every frequency and every dimensional realm is interconnected. Wherever they meet, processes of adaptation arise. These boundaries continually shift and evolve. Everything is in motion, constantly moving toward its next stage of development. Yet it always remains the choice of each individual which path they wish to follow.

Within this context, it also becomes clear why the entrances at the poles are spoken of. They are described as energetic gateways into this other world. Yet the decisive factor is not the portal itself—it is one's own perception. Perception determines what a person is able to recognize, experience, and perceive.

Every person experiences the world in their own unique way. Some recognize patterns, energies, or changes earlier than others. The essential question is therefore not whether something exists, but whether one's own perception has already become open to it.

Once expanded perception is consciously recognized, the true process of development begins.

Many things can be learned. Possessing this ability—this tool—is only the beginning. It creates the possibility of using it, but only through practice and experience does one develop the capacity to use it consciously.

Like any tool, it can either remain unused or become something with which one actively works. Through application comes experience; from experience comes mastery; and from mastery arises the question of how that ability will be used. For behind every tool stands the person who chooses how to use it. This is where free will enters the picture.

How do we respond to what we perceive? Do we follow the ego or intuition? Can both exist in harmony? How much trust do we place in our own perception, and how do we respond to what is new—what remains invisible to many?

There are many aspects still waiting to be explored and developed. A gift becomes a true ability only through experience and practical application.

This is also why different people perceive the same situation in different ways. And it is no different with these energetic portals. One person perceives them and walks through, while another perceives nothing at all.

It is not the portal that determines what becomes visible, but the perception of the individual.

My Body

IThe journey to the space station seems long. Again and again, I perceive the color green. Everything is green—nothing but green.

Eventually, I find myself in this room, within this sphere that appears to float in empty space. It resembles a glass sphere, yet at the same time it is something entirely different. Everything moves in waves. Everything vibrates.

As I observe this green, it appears layered. At the bottom it is dark, becoming progressively lighter toward the top. They are different levels of the same green. With each layer, the frequency seems to increase.

In fact, everything here reminds me of what I have already seen and experienced. It is the same journey from heaviness into lightness. The darker regions represent denser frequencies, while the lighter ones represent higher vibrations.

My entire body now begins to resonate. Not only my physical body, but my entire energy body. It feels pleasant, like a gentle rocking or soft swaying. The vibration continues to increase. Level by level, it rises, and I wonder where this transformation is coming from.

Suddenly, I realize that I am not inside a glass sphere at all. I am actually within the interior of a crystal—a green crystal that is completely transparent and radiates light from within.

The darker part lies at its base, where it originally formed. This layer conveys stability and strength. Toward the top, the crystal becomes progressively lighter. The color grows brighter and more refined until it concentrates at the crystal's tip. Its vibration steadily increases—from the darker, denser regions to the brightest and finest frequencies at its summit.

I feel myself within this crystal. It does not seem solid but rather like the fluid essence of a crystal. It is as though I am being vibrated into it. Waves of frequency move continuously through my body—from dark to light, from light back to dark. It feels as though the entirety of this green, this knowledge, and everything contained within the crystal's energy is flowing through me, vibrating every part of my being.

It begins dense and viscous, almost heavy. Then the vibration rises, becoming lighter, more expansive, and more refined. It moves upward, spreading outward and opening ever more. At the crystal's tip, everything becomes clear, transparent, and almost boundless. From there, the movement continues, expanding into infinity.

A feeling arises:

I am green. I have green. I feel green. I hear the sound of green.

Everything is within me. The complete information of this crystal flows through me. This green is pure heart energy. It is about being human, about self-acceptance and self-love. It is about accepting myself exactly as I am—from my darkest aspects to my most luminous ones—and recognizing that all of it belongs to me.

Everything is me.

I exist both where my origin lies—in density and heaviness—and where my being unfolds into light, clarity, transparency, and transformation. One path. One continuous evolution.

I am everything, from the very bottom to the very top. Everything simultaneously. Everything now.

These different levels do not exist one after another. There is neither past nor future. Everything exists at the same time. The entire journey—from the origin to the crystal's tip—is present now. All of it is who I am in this moment.

The image of the crystal is so fitting because when you look at a crystal, you see its entire structure at once—from its foundation to its tip. Everything exists simultaneously and forms one unified whole.

This, I am shown, is equally true for us as human beings. We do not possess a past or a future. In the present moment, we already are everything. It depends only on where we choose to place our attention, where we wish to be, and how we choose to experience ourselves.

There is neither anything bad nor anything good, neither anything old nor anything new. Everything simply is.

You are. You are whole. You are everything.

That is why the image of the crystal is shown to me. It is our predecessor—our origin.

A manifestation formed from the minerals, elements, and chemical compounds of the Earth, from which life itself has evolved. Just as the human body, in its present form, is part of this greater whole, part of this ongoing growth and development—a process extending across unimaginable spans of time and encompassing billions of years of evolution.

As these images unfold before me, knowledge is also being transmitted. I receive the understanding that I am part of this whole—an essential part of this unfolding process of becoming and evolving.

Ultimately, it depends only on where I choose to direct my attention.

Then an incredibly beautiful feeling arises—a profound joy that everything is possible and that no limitations exist. It is enough simply to follow the guidance of the heart.

The green energy of the heart, the energy of self-love, asks:

What do I allow myself to be? What do I allow myself to experience?

That is the message.

What do I allow myself? Which experiences do I permit? Which possibilities do I allow myself to live?

Here the interaction between mind, soul, and body becomes visible.

The crystal symbolizes manifestation—the physical form.

The soul asks: Who am I? Where do I exist within this greater whole?

The mind asks: How do I manifest myself? What do I create from what I am? How do I express it?

Together, mind, soul, and body form the unity through which experience becomes possible.

A state of complete serenity arises—a deep contentment with oneself, an inner stillness combined with absolute fearlessness.

Earlier, I had not truly been afraid, and yet in this moment I realize how unnecessary my resistance had been.

What was I afraid of? What held me back? Why did I not simply cross that threshold?

Once again, I arrive at the place of trust.

Trust in Being.

Trust in the path.

Simply continuing, step by step, allowing myself to be.

This is exactly how this heart center feels. It is incredibly vast, open, and expansive. At the same time, I find it difficult to describe the experience in words. There simply is no adequate word for it.

It is completely free of judgment.

There is neither good nor evil, neither darkness nor light. All such evaluations lose their meaning.

What remains is simply a state of Being.

And within this Being there is a profound joy—not joy about something specific, but the fundamental joy of existence itself. A feeling of openness, trust, and inner peace.

It is the knowing that everything is exactly as it is meant to be.
