Embracing Life
At first, I am alone. Before me lies the view of our universe—or, more precisely, our galaxy. It stretches out like a vast disc in the endlessness of space, filled with thousands upon thousands of stars and planets that come together to form countless individual systems.
I am standing at the very outer edge of this galaxy, where the vastness of space opens up before me. Everywhere, near and far, I can make out other stellar worlds.
Now I am simply standing there together with my friends, looking out into this infinite expanse of space.
Everything is completely devoid of emotion. There is simply this immeasurable vastness.
The countless galaxies differ from one another in luminosity, colour, and form. And yet they are all made up of an accumulation of countless individual systems—stars, planets, and the worlds that move around their respective suns.
“What are we actually doing here?”
“Try to imagine something with your thoughts.”
“What do you mean, I should imagine something?”
“What would you like to experience?”
“I would like to go somewhere where people are happy. Although—what does happy actually mean? Perhaps content is more accurate. Somewhere they live contentedly, build something for themselves, follow their own path, and everything unfolds harmoniously. Somewhere their bodies function, where there is no illness.
Simply a paradise.”
Strange. Suddenly we are on a planet completely covered in ice. Everywhere there are animals or figures with thick fur.
“Is this really interesting?”
“Didn’t you say you wanted to experience a place where harmonious coexistence exists in a perfect environment? That is exactly where we are now.”
They are not mammoths, although those are the first images that come to mind. They are enormous beings moving through this world of ice. They are wrapped in incredibly thick fur and move very smoothly across the frozen surface.
And then something strange happens: I “see” them think and instantly disappear. Think—and disappear.
“What is happening right now?”
“This is the perfect world. Everything is provided for. What you see here, this forbidding environment, is actually a form of protection. Ice covers the entire planet. And the moment these beings, whom you have just seen with their thick fur, use their consciousness, they transform.”
In the next moment, we too shift levels and arrive at a new place beneath this layer of ice. Here, the conditions of life are completely different—simply perfect. Everything is bathed in a beautiful rose-coloured light.
The landscape glows in lush green. It is this sense of openness, the meadows, the trees—it is incredibly beautiful. There is a very soft sound in the air, a vibration like the resonance of crystals, accompanied by a barely perceptible hum.
The dwellings are crystal clear. They are spherical and scattered throughout the landscape like enormous soap bubbles.
Interestingly, the water in the lakes is rose-pink. It is not blue, but seems to glow from within in different shades of pink. This pink, together with the green of the meadows and trees and the animals moving among them, creates a beautiful, incredibly harmonious and fulfilling image.
When birds—or whatever these flying beings are—glide through the air, they leave a delicate veil behind them. In fact, everything here can be seen in great detail: the individual molecules, the components of this life, the vibrations, and even the thoughts of the inhabitants.
A woman is kneeling by the water as though washing her hands. A child is playing beside her. The two do not speak to one another; they communicate entirely through their thoughts. Everything happens telepathically.
For me, this communication is visible. When the woman sends out a thought, waves appear around her head, almost like clouds. I watch them spread outward, move towards the child, and finally envelop it. It is as though language and feeling take on a visible form through thought. The vibrations and waves of their communication can clearly be seen.
As a result, everything here is completely open. There are no secrets, nothing hidden.
Someone is passing by whose field appears somewhat darker, as though surrounded by a faint grey veil. Immediately, I see how the others respond. It is as though they allow a higher vibration to flow towards him because they recognise that he is currently out of balance. The energy flows to him, and gradually his field begins to radiate again.
I do not want to commit myself to saying that their bodies are actually human-like. On the one hand, they do appear that way, yet on the other, their proportions differ significantly from ours. They are considerably taller and have very long, somewhat angular-looking legs. Their proportions remind me a little of crickets or grasshoppers.
But I do not think that is particularly important. Again and again, the comparison with a mantis, a praying mantis, comes to mind. It seems like an offshoot or another form of these beings. Their faces, however, look relatively normal. They have no antennae, and their heads appear fundamentally human, although they are relatively large and triangular, with strikingly large eyes.
And once again, I notice how visible everything is here. In the area of their foreheads, something appears that looks to me like a screen. Through colours, vibrations, and cloud-like forms, I can immediately follow what they are thinking.
“And why am I seeing this now?”
“Because you said: the perfect planet. In the sense of what you imagine perfection to be. Your idea of perfection includes harmony, peaceful coexistence and peaceful interaction with one another, enjoying nature, being merged with the planet, and being one with everything.”
Suddenly a thought occurs to me: Actually, this is almost boring. Such a perfect life.
There does not seem to be any illness here either. The moment something grey appears in the cloud surrounding one of these beings, a gentle stream of energy begins to flow towards it from all the others who have enough energy available. Whether they communicate with one another in the process or use some form of therapy, I cannot say.
I only see this energy flowing into the cloud-like field. Suddenly, it begins to sparkle within it, almost like countless tiny explosions, and the grey disappears completely.
So perfection means that they simply live here and enjoy. It is nothing but enjoyment.
Actually, this perfection is nothing more than being in your divine original state, in your spark form, in your energy form—the state you left because you wanted to experience something.
But nothing really happens here anymore.
Everything is adapted.
They have everything; they simply live. They do not travel into space either, because they have no need to.
They are content in their world. They do not prepare their food in the way we know it either. They manifest it from what is present in the air or in their surroundings. The individual chemical components seem to be drawn out, form themselves into the food that is needed, and nourish their bodies. It all seems to happen completely automatically.
Of course, they have their activities as well. There are many possibilities: They meet one another, communicate, have fun, play, enjoy shared experiences with animals, or engage in what we would call sports. So there are certainly leisure activities.
But to me, this life feels a little like living in an aquarium. Everything is provided for, everything is there, everything is perfect.
“Is there actually any kind of development taking place here at all?”
“No. The perfect planet does not contribute to the development of the greater whole, but for the beings who live here, it is beautiful.”
And yet, even in an environment like this, polarity is needed. That means that everything that happens in this place also has another side, and that side must manifest as well. In this case, before you incarnate, you decide as a soul which of these sides you would like to experience.
“Perfect harmony or adventure?”
Now we move to this “other” side. But we do not enter this world. We observe it from a distance, because there is, in fact, war on every level. Just as one might imagine it: everyone fighting against everyone else, sparks flying, energies shooting through the air.
The beings now really do look like abstract praying mantises. They do not appear graceful and balanced like the ones we saw before. They wear metallic-grey uniforms, their eyes glow and protrude, yet they too possess this telepathic consciousness.
Here, however, it is used in a completely different way. The moment a thought arises in one of them and becomes visible as a flash of light, a dark energy immediately shoots towards it from another and destroys that flash. They do not kill one another; instead, they destroy every individual thought that arises in the consciousness of the other. It is a power struggle operating on very high frequencies, in which independent thought is destroyed before it can even fully form.
Before, we saw unity, harmony, and mutual support—a world in which no one had to dare or experience anything. Here, by contrast, we witness destruction before anything can even come into being.
Both sides embody perfection in their own way, because a truly independent choice is not required. Even the adventure remains a safeguarded game of who reacts faster, without any real consequences.
You could say: one side is rose-pink, the other black.
And that is exactly how it appears here as well. When I look at it from above, these two worlds lie directly opposite one another—in opposition.
Within the greater whole, there is always a balance that creates stability. There is never only one side; there must also be the other. Here, the beautiful truly lies at the outermost point, with the dark directly opposite—at the other end of the seesaw. The greatest possible distance between the two poles seems to be reached here.
What is interesting is that these beings do not destroy one another during their battles. And yet the atmosphere is completely different. There is this smell of sulphur, which for me is associated with decay and darkness.
Another thing that stands out is that everything takes place on a mental level. It is a mental planet.
It is about the power of thought, about creation through thought—and about the direction in which that power is used. Put very simply: one side is boredom, the other adventure. A testing of limits: How far can I go? But with one clear boundary—there is no annihilation.
They test how far they can extend the power of their thoughts and how quickly and precisely they can react. They practise destruction, but not annihilation. The body, in its form, remains intact.
I wonder why, of all things, I am being shown these two extremes.
“You wanted to see the most beautiful planets.”
“And what am I meant to take from this for myself?”
“Contentment.”
“Why?”
“Contentment with the fact that everything is allowed to be as it is. Everything moves within a spectrum. Where there is darkness, there is also light, and where there is depth, there is also height. Everything carries its opposite pole within it.
And now go back to Earth, into your operating system, and recognise how fascinating it is for all those souls who come from somewhere else to experience this Earth—to be able to experience this tension in every second, in every moment of a life.
Here you have seen: everything exists completely separate from one another. They are two different forms of existence, two different lives. You choose the beautiful, or you choose the adventure.
On the planet you perceived as beautiful according to your own idea of perfection, you are either in the perfection of beauty or in the perfection of adventure. But you have no options. You move along one line, one road, in one direction.
On Earth, by contrast, you can choose again in every second, in every moment of your being. As a human being, you have the freedom to take any path and, in doing so, to find your own centre within yourself.
That means absolute freedom: freedom of choice, freedom of thought, and the possibility of determining your own direction in every moment.
There are also other entities within the community of life on Earth who possess certain privileges and have taken on a form of leadership. They are permitted to do so because they have been at home on Earth for longer and belong to those who helped co-create humanity.
Through their dominant influence, blockages arose in many areas of human development. False moral concepts, controlled science, and trust in a system that promises prosperity and power led to dependencies and brought independent human development almost to a standstill.
And yet, from within their inner spark and in accordance with the law of freedom, human beings are allowed, able, and meant to make their own decisions.
And the very point at which you now stand on Earth is what brings forth this greatness. Because this greatness lies in having to recognise that YOU are free. That YOU, as a human being, have no limitations.
I see it as a movement that swings back and forth. You can move in either direction. You can experience the adventure, and you can experience the beauty.
You create your world.
Your world arises within you—from your thoughts, your being, your potential, your will, your imagination, and from everything that exists within you.
If you are a quiet soul, if you have a calm foundation and simply want to enjoy, you can sit and watch. If you want to experience adventure, you can go out and experience it.
But through all of this, you should preserve the clarity you also saw on the beautiful planet: love for one another, respect for life, and love of existence itself.
Because even on the dark side of this perfect planet, you saw that they do not destroy one another. They respect the existing structure, the body in which the being exists. They allow it to remain. They kill no one.
It is like a game of “Ludo.” You can play, outsmart the other players, and try to get as far as possible. But if you become so angry that you take one of the playing pieces, break it, crush it, and stamp on it, then the game is over.
On this perfect planet, the aim is to preserve the game and its pieces. Even on the side of adventure, they are never destroyed. They merely explore how far they can go, how far they can outsmart the other, or how much they can draw out of them.
They allow the piece to remain alive and respect the physical form that this planet has brought forth.
The people on Earth have lived for a very long time in a kind of captivity, shaped and limited by powerful institutions and structures. This has created a great deal of fear, including the fear of finding themselves again and truly living their own being.
And that is exactly what this time is about: the spark is meant to begin forming its own spiral again, to draw its strength from within itself and say, “I want to experience myself. I want to see what happens.”
This is where the future of Earth lies. In the recognition that, as human beings, no one can destroy us and no one can keep us permanently under their control.
It is up to us to let our light shine and say, “We are humanity. We have the right to be on this Earth and to unfold our own strength.” The power of the Earth supports and carries us. It gives us the energy and life force to stand our ground and to create our own perfect world here on Earth.
A world in which, in every second of our lives, we can decide: Do we choose the path of calm, comfort, and flow? Or do we choose the path of adventure, of trying things out? And ultimately: How far can I go?
At its core, it is simply about recognising that, as a human being, you have this freedom. On this seesaw, you can move out from your centre in either direction, wherever you wish to go, but always with the awareness of returning to your centre again.
Rediscovering this awareness is now an essential task for humanity. And it begins with recognising your own worth within yourself and asking:
“Who am I?”
“I am a light.”
Now the image of a candle appears, a candle flame. A candle flame burns. But if its light is interrupted, if the wind blows it out, or if it sinks too deeply into the wax, it goes out.
In a sense, we have sunk too deeply into the wax. We are buried beneath ideas and illusions until we lose our flame, our own fire.
The wax becomes a symbol for everything we take on in addition to what is truly ours. We take on other people’s problems and responsibilities, burdening ourselves more and more until our own flame finally goes out. Then we can no longer shine; then we no longer have the strength.
The flame therefore needs the right measure in order to keep burning steadily. It must neither overextend nor underuse itself. Because even a flame that is too weak does not carry enough strength within it and can be extinguished by the slightest breath of wind.
But the moment it allows its own light to shine and does not try to make everyone else’s light shine as well, it possesses its strength. Because then it acts from its own centre.
To burn too strongly means melting everything around you and taking on the responsibilities of other people. To burn too weakly means being unable to hold your own strength. The task is to find the balance between these two extremes.
And if you now look at the two forms of life in that other region of the universe, you can see the difference: there is no connection there between the two poles. Before incarnating, you choose one side or the other.
You incarnate on the right or you incarnate on the left, without any possibility of experiencing the other side.
And that is actually incredibly boring.
Nothing happens there. It may be beautiful, but nothing happens.
In our world, on our Earth, it is completely different. That is why Earth is so crowded. Everyone wants to come here, to incarnate here and experience the adventure of life to the fullest.
Institutions and structures know that human beings carry great power within them, a power capable of quickly bringing their dominance and superiority to an end. That is precisely why human strength has been restricted and kept small for such a long time.
But now, right now, in this Age of Aquarius, the moment has come for humanity to recognise the power that lies in allowing its own spark to shine.
At some point, far in the future, this Earth will become exactly that kind of planet—a place where you truly incarnate, live, and experiment.
A planet of exploration, a planet of adventure. The planet of creativity.
Body
Now we return to the spacecraft. In my room, everything I see at first is red. It is this deep garnet red, this rich, dark red.
At the same time, a deep humming fills the geode, similar to the sound of a didgeridoo. The entire room seems to vibrate with it. For me, this vibration has something incredibly grounding about it. At the same time, it reminds me of the effect of a national anthem—of that deep feeling of belonging.
“I am happy to be human. I am happy to live on this Earth and to have my roots here.”
And that seems to be exactly what this is about. It is like a reminder for all those who have come here in one way or another as newcomers, and ultimately for all human beings: to rediscover the feeling of being happy to live on Earth.
And suddenly, the circle closes for me. At the beginning, I said: “I want to go where it is most beautiful.”
But that was my own idea of what beauty meant.
Now I am sitting here in this geode, being permeated by this deep vibration. It is not pride, but a profound inner joy at being allowed to be here, to contribute here, and to create something here.
I feel this tingling in my feet, standing on this Earth. The joy of being allowed to take part, to get involved, to change something. A drive to act that arises from this deep connection with the Earth.
It is joy of life—but on a higher frequency. In truth, it is a profound affirmation of life.
This red room feels like a place where someone who has lost their strength, who feels they can no longer manage anything or are incapable of doing anything, can reconnect with their own life force. This deep sound, reminiscent of a didgeridoo, permeates the entire body. The vibration rises from the feet upwards until eventually the whole body is filled with it.
It is a very grounding, cleansing, and clear energy. At the same time, it conveys something to me about the Earth itself: how ready she is to carry us and to absorb so much from us. Through her fundamental vibration alone, she seems to transmit an energy through our feet that helps hold us in our strength.
And suddenly, I am reminded once again of the beings we saw at the beginning on the other planet. Those large beings covered in thick fur, walking outside through the ice.
That is strength. That is pure will to live.
“I am here. I live. I act.”
Now I am lying on this energy bed, and I can see how the waves literally pulse through my body—from top to bottom and from bottom to top. They are red rings moving through me. As they travel upward, they grow larger towards the centre and then contract again. It feels as though I am being drawn through these rings.
My toes become very hot and my feet begin to vibrate intensely. The vibration moves on into my hands. At the same time, an immense sense of determination arises: I can take things into my own hands. I have the ability, with this body, to manage things myself and to summon the courage simply to move through them.
To lose the fear of doing something wrong. Just go in and do it.
It is a beautiful feeling. Powerful, clear, and incredibly strong.
“What could possibly stop me?”
Everything is still immersed in this deep garnet red. And now I recognise garnets within it as well—these deep red, grounding stones.
Slowly, a bright white layer settles over the red. A fine vibration that feels divine to me blends with the garnet red and gradually transforms it into pink around the outer surface.
This vibration moves into the heart. It recalls joy, the lightness of being.
With every breath, the red and the white begin to merge. From the heart, this energy starts to spread outward in a pulsating rhythm.
And when I listen inwardly, it is like the pulse of the Earth flowing through my body.
“I am proud to be an Earthling.”
